Are you a new client interested in scheduling services with us? Fill out the form below to schedule a new client consultation!

New Client Consultation (30 minutes)- $40

We require that all clients complete a New Client Consultation with a member of our management team before their first visits start with us. During the New Client Consultation, our manager will come to your home (or meet with you virtually, if you prefer) to meet with you and your pets. At the consultation we will:

  • Interact with your pets to make sure they feel comfortable and happy with us and we are the best fit for your needs.

  • Ask for a detailed walk-through of pet care instructions including feeding, litter, medications, garbage/pet waste disposal, putting on leash/harness, any other pet-related instructions.

  • Ask for a detailed walk-through of home care instructions including where you will be storing your key, how we can access the home, arming/disarming alarm systems, where we can park, where to retrieve mail/packages, any basic plant care, any other home-related instructions.

  • Review our policies and processes with you and answer any other questions you may have for us. 

  • Based on your instructions provided at the New Client Consultation, our managers will provide further training and support to our pet sitters to ensure they understand how you would like us to take care of your pets and home.

After submitting the form, we will be in touch with you within 24 hours to schedule the consultation.

*Please note that we require that keys to the home are stored on the property, and must be accessible from outside the home at all times. Keys can be kept in either a lockbox or a designated secure hiding spot. We do not keep copies of keys and our pet sitters do not carry keys with them between visits. For this reason, we cannot service apartment buildings that require key fob entry, unless the key fob can also be stored in an accessible spot on the property.

*Please note that we are a small team of pet sitters, and we work collaboratively to take care of your pets. We cannot guarantee that you will have the same sitter at every visit, but we can guarantee that you will receive excellent service from every one of our sitters!
